Indoor skiing increases in China to keep cool during longest heatwave on record ⛷️
The water crisis explained.
🌎 Dear earthlings,
Perhaps it’s time to see the silver lining in our collapsing climate, surely politicians cannot ignore it any longer? Unfortunately, it looks like the opposite is true in the UK, watch juice media video for more info.
It’s time we all get political, idleness is costing us our future present.
🛀 But first, relax and take a bath, because that’s not what is causing droughts!

💧The Water Crisis Explained
As we undergo intense droughts pretty much everywhere on Earth, I urge you to watch this quick documentary ^or read our article on the water crisis.
Taking a bath or keeping the water running whilst you are brushing your teeth won’t have ANY effect on the world’s water crisis. Only 8% of the world’s water consumption is used in households. Agriculture and industry account for the remaining 92%, so eating less meat or not buying a cotton t-shirt are both a lot more effective than taking a shorter shower in curbing your water footprint.
So why are corporations allowed to abuse water supplies? Governments are grossly undervaluing water, letting corporations pay close to nothing for it.
🇻🇺Vanuatu Takes Climate Change to Court
Vanuatu is one of the world’s most vulnerable countries to the effects of climate change and is apparently also home to some of the world’s most impressive law students.
Students from the Vanuatu’s University of the South Pacific have teamed up with the government to formally ask the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to issue an advisory opinion on a range of legal issues relating to climate change.
What’s the goal? The simple answer is that Vanuatu wants to inject more urgency into the fight against climate change. Their mission has been made stronger with the support of other Pacific Islands Forum members - including Australia and New Zealand.
These leaders hope the ICJ might be able to help resolve some tricky issues that states have not been able to agree on, including requiring countries to implement policies to fight climate change; ensuring states consider human rights when combating climate change; and resolving the legal status of climate refugees.
