Dear Wildlings 🐺,
We feel at peace in wild places. We feel free when we are allowed to protest. We feel better when we eat plant-based.
In this issue we look at an epic plant-based startup, explain the UK’s new draconian policing bill, and tell you why rewilding gives us hope for the future.
*added bonus: a cheeky Christmas tip 🎄
NotCo
For the first time in history alternative meat/dairy products have been voted for tasting better than their animal counterparts.
NotCo is the most funded company in LatAm. It defines itself as a tech company first and foremost. Why? Because it uses artificial intelligence to mimic precisely the taste of the real deal or to make it even better...
Founded in Chile—the third largest consumer per capita of mayonnaise—it launched in 2017 with NotMayo. The product soon inspired non-vegans to join the bandwagon thanks to its delicious taste.
NotCo is on a clear mission: to make plant-based food accessible to all with very very tasty alternatives.

KillTheBill
If you’re in the UK join your nearest KillTheBill protest.
Why? Well in democracies we are told that we hold a basic freedom of assembly…Yet, this bill will strip the citizens of England and Wales of this basic human right by granting policemen new powers. One of them includes charging protesters with up to 51 weeks of imprisonment for disruption in public spaces.
Somehow the bill is not making headlines, and might slip right through the House of Lords this month…Why now? It’s currently very cold in the UK and the Home Secretary assumes that people will be too chilly to protest.
So please prove them wrong and be on the right side of history! Follow KilltheBill’s instagram to know when/where the next protest will be.

Rewild Yourself
It’s time to behave a little less like humans and a little more like animals.
We’ve lost touch with nature to the point that 90% of the human population is terrified of encountering wildlife. Unsurprisingly we are facing the 6th mass extinction and risk losing 1 million species in the coming decades.
But don’t worry yet. The movement of rewilding is gaining traction. Half a million buffalos now roam the USA again—after being on the brink of extinction—wildlife corridors are connecting National Parks across the Appenine region of Italy to safeguard brown bears, whilst beavers are returning to England and the lynx is making its way back to Spain.
So rewild yourself now too!
