Good morning earthlings,
Lately it seems that the patriarchy is unraveling right beneath our eyes. What a time to adopt a regenerative culture that feeds our soul and replenishes Mother Earth instead. We take inspiration from a wonderful growing community in the magnetic island of Ibiza: Tierra Iris.
🐋 Reminder: whale season has begun in Tonga, Azores and Iceland.

🌈 Tierra Iris
“Taking care of earth while taking care of people.”
The white isle is known for many things, among them the dividing energies transmitted by the South (male) and North (female) of the Balearic island. Just as you cross the proverbial chasm into the North, lies an unassuming lush oasis known as Tierra Iris. Part regenerative farm, part wholistic living community, Tierra Iris is self described “collective experiment” channeling all the white energies of life. The project aims to develop syntropic farming concepts with holistic living so both visitors, residents and nature can live in harmony.
For those looking for a positive beam of sunshine in our cloudy world, reward yourself with a visit to the radiant Tierra Iris for an indefinite amount of time. Your mind, body and soul will thank you, and you will be filled with immense gratitude for the experience.

🪖The Us Military Is One of the Largest Climate Polluters in History
Turns out, the US military industrial complex is a bigger polluter than 140 countries combined. Who knew?
Harrowing studies reveal the US military’s heavy reliance on fossil fuels, a polluting logistical supply chain, a terrifying history with land abandonment, destructive nuclear testing and incessant water contamination make it one of world’s largest contributors to the climate crisis.
The Cost of Wars Project estimates that the US military pollution emitted 1.2 billion metric tons of greenhouse gases in the last 15 years.
Meanwhile, its nuclear testing performed in Marshall Islands and the Navajo Indian reservation are causing radiological contamination to this day.
“The irony is that a great deal of US interventions occur as American corporations wish to protect their access to oil and other fossil fuels. We see this dependence on oil as one of the driving factors of why there is such a heavy US military presence in many parts of the Middle East.”—Jangira Lewis, writer for Earth.org
