Good evening eco-nnecters,
Today we daydream of building an eco-village deep in nature. But first its mobula season in Baja California.
This Week in Climate News:
🇨🇳 Regions in China suspend schools and public transport amid strongest floods of the year.
😶🌫️ Pollution kills 9 million people a year (covid killed 3 million per year)
🔥 California mansions burn as wildfires spread
📈 Cool Trends:
🛖 Geoships
Did you know that nearly 40% of global CO2 emissions come from the construction industry? Meanwhile are you looking for a place in nature to just f*** off with a group of friends? Build your eco-village with geoships—bioceramic domes that are 100% non-toxic and designed to support wellness at every level.
sustainable
use 10x lower CO2 to build
zero-waste
500 year life
resilient:
to flooding, fires, hurricanes and earthquakes

“We need more than new technologies to protect the planet, we need a new paradigm of community living in harmony with the natural world.” said Morgan Bierschenk Geoship Co-Founder and CEO
✨ Damanhur
Last week we visited a spiritual community nestled in the mountains of northern Italy founded in 1975 that counts thousands of Damanhuriani (citizens of Damanhur) committed to actually elevating the world’s consciousness—sorry WeWork…
Damanhur has its own belief system, constitution, language, science, philosophy, and even currency.
It all started with a meditation center that brought its founder to truly understand the mystical powers each human possesses. Have you read Jonathan Livingston Seagull? Well I strongly recommend this quick quick read! Eventually he built an eco-village and meditation school in nature. We recommend visiting its intricate tunnel system with hand-painted murals.
